The Teacher Connect Programme, a component of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme of the Ministry of Education, is designed to strengthen the professional capacities of newly inducted and experienced teachers across school, higher, and skill education sectors. Aligned with the vision of NEP 2020, the programme provides a collaborative platform for faculty to engage with contemporary challenges such as innovative pedagogy, curriculum and assessment reforms, technology integration, research, and student wellbeing. Through structured, interactive, and residential workshops conducted across the country, the programme aims to foster cross-sectoral dialogue, reduce professional isolation, and build enduring networks that support continuous professional development and holistic educational transformation.
